With over twenty-eight years of experience in the industry, Gary knows a thing or two about HCM. His experience includes CEO and Division President roles for private companies, as well as CEO in Residence roles with a private equity firm. Gary stands by the idea that to build a work culture that matters, you must always make the choice to do the right thing. Gary believes in clearly defining our north star, our vision, and then aligning all talent and capabilities, with obsession, to achieve it – while enjoying the journey with the people of the company. Thanks to his propensity to roll up his sleeves and get involved with the day to day activities of the company, his employees learn from him every day. Gary is the definition of empowerment, and his collaboration on ideas is second to none.

His passion lies in growing businesses by developing talent and building high-performing teams to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions for his clients.

Abe was the first of the Kohn sons to join the company back in its early years. He has overseen the company’s technology development efforts since 1992. We have him to thank for developing the architecture of our current software and core processing technology. Abe’s dedication has led the Viventium development team from, quite literally, a team of one to what it is today.
The one thing I always need at work? My computer.
Terra has spent more than twelve years within the HCM industry, with her experience ranging from roles in sales and sales management to training to marketing. Terra truly believes in the Viventium lifestyle, that the principles on which our company was built should extend to the personal lives of our employees and clients. Going by the adage that “you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” she strives to surround herself – and the company – with the best people. Terra sees the potential in her employees, and in the way she creates a fun and balanced work environment to nurture their growth and success, she makes her employees want to work for her.
When I go home, I’m always playing make-believe with my son – even if it means dressing up as Hermione Granger!

Andy entered the HCM industry after eighteen years working within hospitality leadership. Inspired by the Ritz-Carlton leaders he learned from, Andy’s philosophy is simply to put the client first. He believes that sometimes it’s the simple, little things that go a long way. His employees describe him as both approachable and inspirational. When challenges arise, Andy refocuses his employees from the problem to a solution with the question, “What does success look like?”

Eli knows what it’s like to take a family-run business from an idea, to a startup, all the way to a growth company. He’s been an integral part of the company’s operations for more than twenty-two years. His work is governed by the knowledge that every business owner has a dream, and that our company should be there to help them execute on that dream. A truly unsung hero, Eli keeps each employee and the company itself going by making sure he does the things no one else knows how to do. But he is, by definition, a team player, always ready to give credit where credit is due.
My superpower would be superspeed.
Simon is a Russian born, Israel raised, United States dwelling software guru who brings his experiences in system architecture, quality management, and software engineering to his leadership of the development team. Along with our CTO, Abe, we consider Simon to be the brains behind the Viventium technology. Software Security is a personal favorite of his; he holds multiple patents in Mobile Security and has also presented at numerous Security conferences. Simon doesn’t seem to understand the phrase, “It’s not possible,” a fact evident not only in his achievements but also in the way he approaches work.
I carry everything, even my ideas, in the thickest wallet you’ve ever seen.

Chad brings more than ten years of sales and sales management experience to the Viventium table, including nine years within the HCM industry. He’s a proponent of transparency and authenticity in his work relationships, and believes his employees should always be engaged and curious. Working with Chad means you get an intensity that leads to action. But don’t be fooled by this serious talk; Chad’s great sense of humor and positive outlook on life make him incredibly fun to work with.
