With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive, Dan knows a thing or two about running successful companies. His experience includes CEO, President, and General Manager roles at a variety of business services firms. He has also appeared in a number of publications, including Bloomberg, Forbes, CNN Money, and the award-winning book entitled Recalculating. People who work with Dan appreciate his direct communication style, his practical approach to strategy, and the enormous bowl of jelly beans he always keeps full in his office. He believes that a results-driven culture can still be fun! Going by the adage that “you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” she strives to surround herself – and the company – with the best people. Terra realizes the potential in her employees, and in the way she creates a fun and balanced work environment to nurture their growth and success, she makes her employees want to work for her.

Abe was the first of the Kohn sons to join the company back in its early years. He has overseen the company’s technology development efforts since 1992. We have him to thank for developing the architecture of our current software and core processing technology. Abe’s dedication has led the Viventium development team from, quite literally, a team of one to what it is today.
Eli knows what it’s like to take a family-run business from an idea, to a startup, all the way to a growth company. He’s been an integral part of the company’s operations for more than twenty-two years. His work is governed by the knowledge that every business owner has a dream, and that our company should be there to help them execute on that dream. A truly unsung hero, Eli keeps each employee and the company itself going by making sure he does the things no one else knows how to do. But he is, by definition, a team player, always ready to give credit where credit is due.
With over 25 years of experience leading Human Resources in a number of different organizations and industries, Pat brings to bear his expertise in the areas of change management and corporate restructurings. His experience includes leading Human Resources in as diverse environments as Paine Webber, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Investment Bank, HSBC Americas Investment Banking and Global Private Banking, and Mizuho Capital’s global platform. Pat has been active in the global HR community in the areas of the globalization of talent as well as rebranding strategies for mid-career global executives. Pat’s favorite quote is from Emerson: “Nothing is beneath you if it is in the direction of your life.” Stay humble, know who you are, know where you are going, and welcome the opportunity to learn from all experiences: good and bad.

Simon is a Russian born, Israel raised, United States dwelling software guru who brings his experiences in system architecture, quality management, and software engineering to his leadership of the development team. Along with our CTO, Abe, we consider Simon to be the brains behind the Viventium technology. Software Security is a personal favorite of his; he holds multiple patents in Mobile Security and has also presented at numerous security conferences. Simon doesn’t seem to understand the phrase, “It’s not possible,” a fact evident not only in his achievements but also in the way he approaches work.

Alex has spent her entire career in the HCM space in roles ranging from sales to training to sales management. She loves collaborating with prospects and clients by leveraging technology to help streamline their payroll and HR operations. Alex always focuses on helping businesses improve their workflows so they can get back to the most important aspects of running their business – their employees and their clients. When it comes to leadership, Alex subscribes to what philosopher Albert Schweitzer once said. “Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.” She is not afraid to dive into any and all projects that make her team better.

In his eight years with the company, Zishe has undertaken roles ranging from service to implementation to product management. He applies his practical knowledge from his payroll administrator days to every project. As the Senior Director of Product Management, Zishe stands firmly behind our software and truly believes that there is nothing the development team can’t do. Zishe brings not only an energy to every project, but also the conviction that each project will work.
