With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive, Dan knows a thing or two about running successful companies. His experience includes CEO, President, and General Manager roles at a variety of business services firms. He has also appeared in a number of publications including Bloomberg, Forbes, CNN Money and the award-winning book entitled Recalculating. People who work with Dan appreciate his direct communication style, his practical approach to strategy, and the enormous bowl of jelly beans he always keeps full in his office. He believes that a results-driven culture can still be fun! Dan lives by the philosophy, both in work and in life, of treating others in such a way that they rejoice when good things happen to you and are sad when bad things happen to you – not the other way around.

Abe was the first of the Kohn sons to join the company back in its early years. He has overseen the company’s technology development efforts since 1992. We have him to thank for developing the architecture of our current software and core processing technology. Abe’s dedication has led the Viventium development team from, quite literally, a team of one to what it is today.
The one thing I always need at work? My computer.
Karl has over twenty-eight years of experience within the Human Capital Management industry, and he’s not afraid to use it. In that time, he’s developed a pretty versatile background, with experience and skills in finance, operations, and client experience roles. Karl believes in people-oriented design, meaning that when trying to decide what to do, he equally considers how a process or technology impacts his employees and his clients. His passion lies in growing businesses by developing talent and building high-performing teams to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions for his clients.

Simon is a Russian born, Israel raised, United States dwelling software guru who brings his experiences in system architecture, quality management, and software engineering to his leadership of the development team. Along with our CTO, Abe, we consider Simon to be the brains behind the Viventium technology. Software Security is a personal favorite of his; he holds multiple patents in Mobile Security and has also presented at numerous Security conferences. Simon doesn’t seem to understand the phrase, “It’s not possible,” a fact evident not only in his achievements but also in the way he approaches work.

Eli knows what it’s like to take a family-run business from an idea, to a startup, all the way to a growth company. He’s been an integral part of the company’s operations for more than twenty-two years. His work is governed by the knowledge that every business owner has a dream, and that our company should be there to help them execute on that dream. A truly unsung hero, Eli keeps each employee and the company itself going by making sure he does the things no one else knows how to do. But he is, by definition, a team player, always ready to give credit where credit is due.
My superpower would be superspeed.
