An exciting and unique opportunity to join a high growth organization with immense career potential. A successful Sales Development Representative will score leads, scrub data and set appointments. This position is critical to the success of our outside sales organization.
Work as an integral part of the Client Service team, contributing to the department’s ability to consistently meet and exceed performance goals (including first call resolution and time to close service cases)
Score leads (ex. “Currently Evaluating”) to increase visibility to the outside sales team and maximize opportunities
Work with counterparts in marketing to get opt-ins
Responsible for sending leads to outside sales team and setting appointments
Occasionally cold calling and prospecting new leads for sales team
Who we are Looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar
1-2 years of outside or inside sales experience with demonstrated success
Highly motivated and results oriented
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
HCM Industry knowledge highly preferred
