Seeking independent self-starters who have at least 2 years of experience with payroll troubleshooting and client services. Exposure to different products within HCM (workers comp, retirement services, etc.), coupled with a desire to get into account/client management and payroll service is ideal. The position will deliver customized, timely client service by assisting customers with concerns, payroll troubleshooting, and questions while delivering accurate, friendly and dependable client resolutions.
We are specifically seeking west coast coverage, so if you are on the east coast, hours would be 12am-8am overnight M-F
