The role of the Partner Project Manager at Viventium is to build and maintain a successful process for the evaluation of new partners and maintenance of existing partners by working inter-departmentally with key stakeholders.
Quarterback all New Product Partnerships/Evaluation of New Product Partners
- Coordinate all meetings
- Organize all documents
- Acquire MNDAs
- Track Progress/Timelines
Internal Research in Preparation for New Partners
-Coordinate with Service/Finance on TAM, client market opportunity, and mutual clients
Existing Partner Maintenance and Reporting
- Coordinate all meetings to discuss progress, issues, new features, client satisfaction
- Project Manage all renewals, service calls, new development phases, internal communication and ongoing training
Ability to lead and inspire associates in all tenure groups
Strong analytical skills
Industry experience is a plus (SaaS, Tech, HCM)
