The Director/Manager of Operations will be a very hands-on key leader supporting Viventium’s growth and expansion. This role is accountable for delivery of remarkable client service and maintaining high levels of client retention. The person in this position provides the leadership and day to day management of client facing service delivery teams and is responsible for ensuring Viventium has the proper operational controls, client focus, administrative and reporting procedures, staff, structure and systems in place to effectively grow the organization, increase operating efficiency and deliver industry-leading client service. The position accomplishes this through a proactive, respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company and needs of its clients.
Champion the planning and directing of all aspects relating to operations success
Will have a hands-on approach to managing and directing client services, and other relevant operations groups
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective strategies and processes to support our rapid growth
Define "remarkable service" with regards to operating procedures, KPIs, OKRs, and goals
Make team productivity transparent by building a data driven culture
Provide and utilize real-time access to data and reports for management
Develop a sustainable, performance-oriented culture that motivates and supports development of team members
Who we are Looking for:
Must have HCM/Payroll Operations background of at least 5+ years in a management role
Proven experience as a leader of Operations in Payroll/HCM within similar sized company
Will take a proactive hands-on approach to driving and delivering success
Powerful self-starter building and developing successful teams
People management experience
Thought leader with experience in payroll and client services
Extroverted relationship builder, with exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong client relationships
Passion for innovation and high-quality service
High level of integrity
A strong passion for operations process improvement
Strong communication and influencing skills
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics as it pertains to HCM/Payroll Operations with a focus on client service and retention

Aptitude in decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution
Degree in business or related field highly preferred
